Warranties
We ship via United States Postal Service (USPS). Shipping is calculated by package weight according to the shipping zone for national and international shipping. We will pack your items into fewest shipments possible and ship out in one or two business days.
Shipping cost is calculated automatically by United States Postal Service. We charge $3.80 for handling fee. We recommend you to place a few items in one order to save on shipping cost, especially international shipping.
For Spain customers, please order HSUSA products directly from your local outlets.

We strongly recommend the buyer to purchase USPS insurance. We are not reponsible for lost package if the USPS tracking proves that the package was delivered.

For general safety, we DO NOT accept any returns or exchanges. However, if you receive incorrect products due to our error, return is accepted within 7 business days and in an unopened condition.
You can call us at 248-686-1938 (Monday - Friday 9 a.m. – 5 p.m. EST) or email contact@e-wavesinc.com to cancel or change your order if we have not shipped your products yet.
Occasionally packages are returned as undeliverable. In this instance, you can request a refund of the products purchased, excluding credit card processing, shipping and handling charges unless it is our error. If you would still like to purchase items that were undeliverable, you are welcome to place a new order.
We reserve the right, in our own discretion, for not fulfilling an order for any reason and refund the payment accordingly.
All prices are listed in U.S. dollars. Orders placed on HealthyGetItems.com will be charged in U.S. dollars. Based on the country you reside, the charge is converted by your bank into your local currency and should appear on your credit card statement in that currency.
Despite our best efforts, pricing errors can happen. If there is a pricing glitch, we will, at our discretion, either contact you for instructions before shipping or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation and refund.
Despite our best efforts in stock management, we may run out of stock for certain products due to the high demand. In this case, we will email you to check whether you would like us to ship out your remaining items first or wait for the complete order before shipment. If you decided not to wait for the out of stock item(s), we will refund you accordingly.
